Service Access
HSB Inventory POS grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during an active subscription period and according to the selected plan.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, managing user permissions, and ensuring that all authorized users follow these terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may require monthly or annual subscription fees. Charges, renewal schedules, and access levels depend on the plan selected by the customer or agreed during onboarding.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not misuse the platform, interfere with service performance, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Customer Data
Customers retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of business data entered into the platform. Use of that data is further described in the privacy policy.
Availability and Updates
The service may be updated, improved, suspended for maintenance, or modified from time to time. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve core functionality and communicate major disruptions when practical.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms. Customers may also discontinue use subject to any active billing commitments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSB Inventory POS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption.
